Dear Ply-Mar Members:

As we enter our 11th year as the food vendor at Ply-Mar, we do it with a renewed excitement and eagerness, with our menu, as well as our service people! While bringing in five new fresh faces with unbridled enthusiasm to learn and thrive, we still have seven veteran superstars to help train and maintain our high standards of excellent food and service.

Along with that, we have COMPLETELY revamped our ambitious menu, and while keeping your classic favorites, we have integrated 23 new items that we believe will enhance your dining experience at the Cafe!

As always, we welcome (reasonable) suggestions and will do our best to comply as often as possible. You can continue to text your order (during the week), and you may Venmo your payment for your convenience.
